Brunei - Bandar Seri Begawan Redevelopment.

ILC, out of its Singapore office, has been appointed as specialist sub consultants for the redevelopment master plan for Bandar Seri Begawan - the capital city of Brunei.

Working with renowned HOK planning group,  ILC are advising on the planning, location, scale, programming and concepts for the various leisure elements which will be included in the overall 10,000 hectare redevelopment plan. These range from a number of hotels, spas, leisure destinations, marina, sports and recreation facilities, convention centres and family recreation

Dasvino Town & Country Club, Lavasa

The finishing touches are being applied to the Dasvino Town and Country Club which will open in February 2010 and start to look after the members who are keen to see operations start.

This prestigious club marks another milestone in the development of the township at Lavasa, which is growing in size and reputation as the beauty of the area and the quality of the development and increasingly being recognized.

I.L.C. has been involved in all aspects of the Development Planning and is now putting together the management team to ensure the highest standards of operation for the members.

Manet Club, Beijing

International Leisure Consultants Limited has been working on the concept and planning for this prestigious club which is being developed in the Haidian District is West of Beijing.

The Club is set in beautifully landscaped grounds covering 24 acres and will have 2,000 sq.m of indoor facilities encompassing a full range of social, recreational and sporting facilities as well as 40 rooms and suites.

Planning is well underway and memberships are due to be launched in March 2010 with the club scheduled to be operational is the first quarter of 2010.

Mandarin Oriental Macau

The latest hotel in the Mandarin Oriental chain is due to open in the first half of 2010 and International Leisure Consultants are working with the developers, Hong Kong Land and Shun Take, to put the final touches to the spa facility.

The hotel is part of the One Central Development which sits proudly on the waterfront in Macau.

And the spa is to serve the hotel guests and residents of the apartments within the development.

Sheraton Spa at Jinan Tianjin

In line with the opening of Jinan Olympics Centre hosting the 11thChina National Games in Year 2009, International Leisure Consultants (ILC) will be assisting in the pre-opening development of the Spa and Health Club in Sheraton Hotel, Jinan.

Consultants at ILC will assist in the comprehensive development which comprises two levels of Spa facilities, with Hairdressing Salon, Manicure Services, 10 treatment rooms and a Health Club with indoor and outdoor swimming pool within the basement level.

Sheraton Hotel at Jinan will be opened in mid of year 2009.

Feasibility & Market Studies for Tianjin Binhai Marina Club

Tianjin Binhai New Area, now as part of the National Development Strategy, will become another asset to the regional development of China, following the rise of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and Shanghai Pudong New Area.

International Leisure Consultants (ILC) has been appointed to be in part of this massive development, rendering our club consultancy services in the feasibility and market studies of an integrated marina, residential, leisure and recreational facility in the heart of the New East Port development of Tianjin.

International Leisure Consultants (ILC) will be assisting to review the initiative, examine the market and propose directions, appropriate recommendations of the facility.

Concept development, financial business models, membership components will also be proposed to facilitate the success of the venture.

Planned as an 18-hole/72-par USPGA standard championship course stretching 7354 yards, there will be a 9-holeExcutive course & Floodlit driving range and Golf teaching Academy, all on a total expanse of 270 acres .

In this club development, International Leisure Consultants (ILC) has been appointed to provide consultancy assistance in the feasibility studies of the initial concept development for the golf course and the overall development planning for the resort.

 The service scope of work include Site Review, Feasibility Validation, Concept Statement, Area Planning and Facility Location, Golf Club Concept, and the 5 Year Forecast preparation.

The clubhouse is projected to launch in 2010.
