 Adding to the spa and leisure activities in The Venetian Macau, ILC has provided development management to assist Malo Clinic & Spa in the overall spa consulting development of the facility and a range of services to help through the project planning phase to the operation of the facility.
The Malo Clinic and Spa will cover over 85,000 square ft when it opens in the final quarter of 2008 and includes treatment rooms, wet experiences and a comprehensive range of products and services. |

Guangzhou City Club
Leisure Club Consultancy Services
 As the appointed leisure consultant for the City Club development, ILC have been heavily involved in the consultancy services for a club in the new CBD area in Guangzhou.
The club will open in the middle of 2008 and will occupy over a 60,000 square ft of a building within the New World’s Central Park development.
Consultants at ILC will provide club consulting assistance to the owner from completion of construction to opening of the spa and on-going (scheduled or as needed) operational audits and monitoring.
The club will also be managed by ILC once it becomes operational. |

The Doha Marina Club is a recreational and social club that combines unique facilities amidst the beautiful surroundings of the Doha Corniche and waterfront. Built on the location of the old Doha Club, the new establishment will cover an approximate area of 30,000sq m, with the possibility of expansion to include the waterfront of the neighbouring facilities.
ILC have been engaged to provide leisure consulting services and develop the concept and vision for the club which will provide a new destination landmark for locals and visitors alike. |
